We turn recycled saw dust into value-add, branded consumer products.Description:We are looking for an East Region Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish, including posting jobs ads, developing a sourcing strategy, conducting the initial screenings, scheduling interviews and administer the offer and pre-employment process.Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social mediaDevelop sourcing strategies through local/regional job dashboards, social media outlets, educational institutions, and community outreach programsScreen resumes against minimum job criteriaConduct initial phone screensSchedule calls and interviewsManage calendar for all hiring teamsAdminister candidate dispositioning throughout the recruiting processCreate and send out job offersConduct pre-employment administrationAssist with new hire onboarding processRequirements:3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibilityBachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experienceAbility to meet travel expectation of 25%Proven experience hiring industrial or manufacturing type positions.Located on the East Coast.
