The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively. Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach. We put our customers at the center of every decision we make by focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement. Responsible for servicing Treasury Management products and services that are moderate to complex in nature. Acts as a single point of contact for assigned Government and Institutional Banking clients throughout the customer life cycle. Duties may include: Identified and resolving client issues; acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors, and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality service and to met clients needs; performing analysis to identify trends in order to ensure compliance, identify exceptions to recommend products, procedures or services that may streamline the clients interactions; training less experienced team members as needed to ensure optional delivery of products and services; attending on site client visits to better understand the business and deliver Service reviews; performing post implementation products usage and customer training reviews; participating in special projects as assigned. Coordinates with Sales Consultants and Relationship managers to recommend Treasury Management products and services that will enhance the customer experience. Required Qualifications 2+ years of financial services experience Desired Qualifications Problem analysis and resolution skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Other Desired Qualifications A BS/BA degree or higher 2+ year of treasury management experience Strong telephone etiquette skills 4+ years banking experience and /or banking related services such as transactional or relationship customer service skills Familiar with Treasury Management products and Services as well as applications used to support them. (UAM, Service View, Hogan) Demonstrates ability to cultivate relationships and support a portfolio driven business Ability to articulate resolution on moderate to complex issues to customers and internal partners Proficient presentation skills demonstrating the customer service value add Ability to effectively and quickly assess customer needs while working in a fast - paced environment; ability to make decisions and use creative problem solving skills to successfully resolve customers inquiries Flexibility to adjust work schedules to accommodate business needs; strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to driven/dynamic environment Energetic, quick learner Positive attitude, willing to work as a team player in a team environment Street Address NY-Albany: 4 Tower Place - Albany, NY Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
