This position will also support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions. \n Shift: 2nd Shift \n Schedule: 6:30PM-5:00AM Monday-Thursday \n Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 DOE \n Location: Ecru, MS \n Holidays: Yes \n Benefits: Yes \n PTO: Yes \n What Do You Need? \n • 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required \n • High School Diploma or equivalent, Required \n • Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired \n • Previous experience in supervision, Preferred \n • Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired. \n Who We Are \n At Ashley, we’re more than a business…we’re family.
