Job Description:

Nesco Resource is seeking an Office Assistant for a growing company in Cohoes, NY. Responsabilities:

  • Enter sales orders & create invoices
  • Create bills of lading for orders
  • Process bills
  • Answer phones and reception
  • File paperwork
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Back up office manager duties including accounts receivable, freight coordination and all other office duties Requirements:
    • Previous Office Experiance
    • Basic Math Skills
    • Basic Accounting/Data Entry Experiance Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 /hour
