Job Description:

Position Summary: Perform a wide range of administrative and floor support recording/documenting trainings. working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop training videos of processes and procedures for the bakery Streamline training process for new hires Maintenance and organization of training. 80% of the time will be spent on the production floor The role will require documenting and recording learnings for all positions in the facility. Reports directly to Production Supervisor

Qualifications: Attention to detail and computer proficiency required Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Work History: High School diploma required. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Communication skills - written and verbal. Strong computer skills organizing. Prioritizing Specialized Skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible schedule
