*_Primary responsibilities: _*
_Effectively meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment while being committed to providing accurate and prompt customer service. To professionally engage with members to analyze the information obtained to identify any resolution, determine needs, and provide products and services to meet those needs. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products, services and systems to process incoming calls and email correspondence accurately and efficiently while providing support to our membership. To fully comply with company policies and regulations._

*_There is potential for this position to be remote after the transition/training period. Periodic commute to the Bainbridge office will be necessary._*

*_Minimum starting salary $16.41 /$34,131 annual_*

*Responsibilities*

* Initiative to efficiently learn multiple programs
* Addressing and resolving concerns
* Assisting Members and potential Members with phone and email requests
* Directing incoming phone calls to appropriate areas
* Suggestive selling of products and services to members and potential members
* Communicate professionally with all members and colleagues
* Strictly adhere to all Credit Union policies and procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service

*Qualifications and skills: *

* Candidates must possess a high level of professional oral and written communication skills
* Candidates must be detail oriented.
* Ability to multi-task using multiple systems simultaneously
* High school diploma or GED required
* Minimum 2 years customer service/related experience
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
