In this role, the Digital Marketing Strategist II coordinates,
executes and tracks digital marketing initiatives. Using advanced
knowledge of personalized email development, SMS and online
marketing skills, the Digital Marketing Strategist II plays an
important role developing strategies to reach, adopt and engage our
consumers. The Digital Marketing Strategist II supports and
advocates for the optimal end user experience and engagement.
Understanding and tracking the execution of engagement, UX/UI,
personas, wireframes, and user-centered design is required. Manages
projects with both internal resources and external vendors. The
Digital Marketing Strategist II monitors current activity trends
and generates monthly campaign reports. The Digital Marketing
Strategist II identifies new trends in online, email or mobile
marketing and provides recommendations. The Digital Marketing
Strategist II is an enthusiastic team player, a critical thinker,
and has strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years in digital marketing and
communication experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of email HTML development required;
Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SMS campaign creation and automation required;
Mobile Connect preferred.
- Experience in digital advertising and social media
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Word Press, content
management systems preferred.
- Salesforce knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead programs or projects as
they relate to the business operations of the department or
- Demonstrated ability in time management skills including
ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and
handle sensitive matters, in a changing and fast-paced
