Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our
Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is critical in maintaining
the high standards of cleanliness and safety in the environments we
service, such as educational institutions, healthcare facilities,
and corporate spaces. At Aramark, we are committed to delivering

excellence. As a Floor Technician, you will play a key role in
ensuring that our floors not only shine but also comply with all
health and safety standards. Perform routine and comprehensive
maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and
waxing Use industrial floor care machines and select the
appropriate cleaning materials for different types of flooring
Inspect floors for damage and perform minor repairs as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations, and use protective
equipment as required Assist in the setup and take-down of flooring
for special events Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and
equipment, and report any shortages to management Manage time
efficiently to cover all assigned areas Communicate effectively
with team members and management to provide progress updates and
reports Proficiency in operating floor cleaning equipment, such as
buffers and scrubbers Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and
their appropriate use Ability to perform basic equipment
maintenance and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and
dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards Certification from
the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) or similar is advantageous.
Training in Hazardous Materials Handling or Occupational Safety &
Health Administration (OSHA) compliance is beneficial.
