-ivLiNgI Hiring a Civil Construction Estimator! A leading
site/civil construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction
Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for
residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project
plans and specifications Review subcontractor/supplier quotes and
develop pricing models Prepare and submit competitive bids Manage
and price change orders Use HCSS for estimating and cost management
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Monitor project budgets and provide cost-performance updates
Requirements Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or related field 5 years of estimating experience in
site/civil construction Proficiency with HCSS Strong knowledge of
bidding, pricing, and change order processes Excellent analytical,
communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Heavy
civil, site development, highways/roadways Preconstruction,
proposals, cost modeling, and RFIs Job Type & Location This is a
Permanent position based out of Poughkeepsie, NY. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program
