Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing customer engagement
and driving business growth in the automotive industry. This
position focuses on managing inbound and outbound communications to
generate leads, schedule appointments, and support sales teams
effectively. The specialist acts as a liaison between customers and
internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
to optimize service delivery. By leveraging customer relationship
management tools and communication platforms, the BDC Specialist
contributes to improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Ultimately, this role is essential for streamlining operations and
maximizing revenue opportunities through proactive client
interaction and follow-up. Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree
preferred. Proven experience in previous call center, customer
service, sales support, and/or internet sales or a related role.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Business
Development Center or similar environment. Knowledge of industry
regulations and compliance standards. Ability to analyze data and
generate reports to support decision-making. Bilingual abilities or
additional language skills are a plus. Responsibilities: Manage
inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and
other channels to generate and qualify leads. Schedule appointments
and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless
customer service. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of
customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up
with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and
encourage repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and sales
departments to implement targeted campaigns and track their
effectiveness. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and
resolve issues or escalate them as necessary. Analyze customer data
and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service
improvement. Skills: The BDC Specialist utilizes strong
communication skills daily to engage with customers and internal
teams, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Organizational skills are essential for managing schedules,
tracking leads, and maintaining detailed records within CRM
systems. Analytical skills help the specialist interpret customer
data and feedback to identify trends and improve service
strategies. Proficiency with technology, including CRM and office
software, enables efficient handling of customer information and
reporting tasks. Additionally, problem-solving skills are applied
to address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when
