Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A dedicated professional is
sought to support elementary school students in a dynamic
educational environment in Bridgeport, CT. This role focuses on
applying behavioral strategies to enhance student learning and
development. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention
plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA). - Collect and analyze data on student progress. -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create
effective learning environments. - Support students with diverse
behavioral and learning needs in an elementary school setting.
Qualifications: - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification required. - Prior experience working within schools,
preferably in elementary education. - Strong understanding of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. - Excellent
communication and collaboration skills. - Commitment to supporting
positive student outcomes. Schedule and Duration: - Full-time
position, approximately 32.5 to 35 hours per week. - Contract role
from the current school year through June 2026. This opportunity
