Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Student Services Associate - Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing - PT Days The Student Services Associate provides support to the Dean of Student Services and students through the following activities. - Prepares materials for advisement, registration and Orientation. - Coordinates graduation activities. - Responsible for tracking student enrollment requirements to ensure compliance for clinical using Acemap; - Collaborates with faculty and staff at the school, as well as other departments within SPHP. - Enter transfer credit into Student Information System. Education Requirements: - High school graduate or equivalent required. - Associate's degree is preferred Experience Requirements: - This is a front-line position. - The incumbent must be proficient in Excel. - Have excellent communication and customer services skills. - Patience is a plus. Pay Range - $17.25- $22.99 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
