ARRT verification required. Must be CT certified, NYS licensed and have at least 2 year of CT experience. Must have EPIC experience. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). Every 3rd weekend is required. 36 guaranteed hours per week. PREVIOUS COUNTY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS FACILITY WILL CONSIDER LOCAL CAREGIVERS (50 MILES OR LESS) AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 OFF CURRENT BILL RATE. YOU MUST CLEARLY DOCUMENT CARGEIVER IS LOCAL DURING SUBMISSION. THE FACILITY CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific requirement, please contact 3rd weekend required.Bill-rate-note:6% admin fee, see updated agreement for new increased additional rates. Local Travelers will be considered at a $10 reduced rate. 50 miles or less can be considered at $10 below bill rate.
