Description:Currently this facility is SUSPENDING its COUNTY
RESTRICTIONS and existing restriction of working at an ALB MED
facility in the past. The caregiver must reside more than 50 miles
from the facility A facility in Saratoga, NY is looking for a CT
Tech for their radiology dept. Must have BLS and NYS DOH License.
Must be able to do CT Tech and X-Ray Tech duties. Must have Cert
for IV Injection. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
MUST BE A SEASONED TRAVELER. Travel to an off campus site may be
needed during this contract. Must have EPIC Experience.THE FACILITY
CAN CANCEL UP TO 5 SHIFTS PER CONTRACT. Schedule is Rotating weeks-
Week 1: Thurs 11a-11p , Fri 11a-11p and Sat 10a-11p Week 2: Sunday
5p-11p, Thursday 12p-11p, Fri 11:30a-11p and Sat 10a-11p. Then
rotating back to week 1. 36 min. hours guar week 1. 40 min. hours
guar week 2.Requirements:At least two years recent experience in
field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per
the state of assignment. For additional and specialty-specific
requirement, please contact schedule. See below for shift
details.Bill-rate-note:6% admin fee, see updated agreement for new
increased additional rates. has county restrictions! Call Off
Policy: 5 shifts/contract. Facility physical required-Cost $96.

RESTRICTIONS The Caregiver cannot reside in the following counties:
WARREN, WASHINGTON, FULTON, MONTGOMERY, RENSSELAER, SCHENECTADY,
COLUMBIA, GREENE, DUTCHESS, ULSTER, ALBANY. CHARTING: EPIC. - 20
bed Emergent Care. Equipment-Siemens AS Somtom 64 slice and
Carestream Digital Radiology.We are a D&T Center with a
Emergent Care on site. We do outpatients up to 7pm but not filled
every day. Evenings are usually the emergent care patients. We do
not have ambulances bringing patients like an ER does. -Candidates
that have worked as staff at this facility in the past year will
not be considered and candidates that have worked full time as
staff within AMC network (AMC, GFH, Saratoga and CMH) within the
past six months will not be considered. Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
