Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of Utilities Electrician working in Albany, GA, you will be part of the Tech Services Department. You will work in production within a team-based union environment and be responsible for performing electrical duties. This will include working with PLCs, VFDs, motor control installation and troubleshooting, and working with power up to and including 12.47 KVA voltage. Pays up to $42.19/hr after probationary period. This position reports to the Asset Care Manager and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics, and Electricians. What You’ll Be Brewing: Repair, replace, and install sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, defective writing, etc. Troubleshoot, repair, replace PLCs, Servo and Frequency Drives, and related electronic hardware. Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning parts or equipment (motors, switches, sensors, input /output boards, controllers, servos, gears, sprockets chains, knives, etc.) using test equipment. Use blueprints and wiring diagrams to plan and execute electrical repairs and installations. Available to work 2nd (3 pm-11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm-7 am), including overtime, weekend, and/or holidays if needed. Key Ingredients: Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You have a flexible schedule and can work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays. You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking). You have an Industrial Journeyman level and/or on-the-job experience in a heavy industrial electrical/controls field.
