Job Description:
Job Description: Lead service, maintenance, and repair of GE and
Hologic Mammography systems, ensuring the highest standards of
performance. Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, quality
control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) according to OEM
specifications. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electromechanical,
and electronic issues on Mammography equipment. Maintain accurate
service records and communicate effectively with customers ensuring
rapid resolution of issues. Collaborate with team members while
operating independently in the field. Travel regularly to customer
sites throughout the Northeast. What We’re Looking For Strong
hands-on experience servicing GE and Hologic Mammography equipment
(minimum 2 years).Associate’s degree, OEM Radiology, Electrical, or
Technology training preferred. Proficient with computer tools (MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent problem-solving,
analytical, and communication skills. Self-motivated, adaptable,
and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s
license with a clean record. Nice to Have Experience with other
imaging modalities (Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray) and OEM brands such
as GE and Hologic. Customer-focused service experience in a
healthcare environment.
