You Will Do: Improve communication activities and alignment through
the Quality Leadership Meetings (QLM), benchmarking activities and
workshops with PW Partners to prevent customer issues. Revising and
coordinating the creation of quality plans with various partners
such as MTU and JAEC. Coordinate with multiple quality disciplines
for technical support to address systemic challenges with the
partnership. Support customer interfacing events such as Airbus
Aero Excellence assessments with Airbus at partners as well as
support closure of open assessments. Support customer discussions
with Airbus during Industrial Quality Reviews (IQR) and Supply
chain Quality Improvement Plan (SQIP) meetings. Engage and lead in
Partner Escape Management and closure activities. Support
day-to-day Partnership deliverables and initiatives. Foster and
maintain a cooperative relationship with all Module Center
Production groups, Program and Partnership Groups. Work with
Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams and CIPTs to improve
partnership quality performance. Lead efforts to drive
collaboration of all partnerships deployment and implementation of
AS9145 Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and alignment to
Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL). Drive quality improvement
activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working in manufacturing and
quality environment. Knowledgeable / experienced in AS9100 / ISO
9001 Quality systems. Proficiency/expertise in Quality tools such
as CORE, 8D, RCCA, PFMEA, GD&T and PPAP. Able to react quickly
to resolve issues and collaborate cross-functionally for results.
Participate in Process Improvement efforts. Product knowledge of
major rotating, critical to quality hardware. Demonstrated ability
to interface with all levels of P&W management, partners and

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite
roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s
personal responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a

locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site,
hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD -
251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
