www.coreweave.com . What You’ll Do: The Procurement Operations &
MEP Delivery function sits at the center of CoreWeave’s OFCI supply
chain, ensuring critical mechanical, electrical, and power
infrastructure is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
across a rapidly scaling global data center portfolio. The team
partners closely with Strategic Sourcing, PMO, Engineering,
Finance, and site teams to drive execution excellence and manage
risk across long-lead, high-value equipment. Supplier & Risk
Management Partner with sourcing teams on supplier onboarding,
qualification, and performance reviews. Develop risk and metrics
driven frameworks covering financial, commercial, reputational, and
operational exposure. Lead supplier improvement initiatives and
ensure adherence to CoreWeave’s standards. Procure-to-Delivery
Tracking & Issue Resolution Oversee execution from PO issuance
through equipment delivery, ensuring alignment to schedule and
budget. Manage escalations post-contract, addressing manufacturing,
logistics, and installation readiness challenges. Maintain
visibility on deliverables and provide executive reporting to
enable rapid decision-making. Data Integrity & Reporting (The
"Single Source of Truth") Master Data Management: Maintain the
accuracy of the Procurement Tracking Matrix (PTM). Ensure every PO,
change order, and delivery date is reflected in real-time within
the ERP/Project Management systems. Digital Workflow Execution:
Utilize AI-powered tools and automated dashboards to provide weekly
"At-Risk" reports to the PMO Manager, highlighting potential
schedule slips before they impact the critical path. Performance
Analytics: Track and report on specific MEP supplier KPIs,
including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First-Pass Quality upon site
receipt . Operational Governance & Issue Resolution Escalation
Management: Resolve daily operational roadblocks—such as shipping
damage, missing components, or documentation gaps—without
compromising project timelines. Standardization: Enforce the use of
the PMO Playbook across all project sites, ensuring a consistent
approach to receipting, inspection (FAT/SAT), and warranty
activation. Financial Alignment: Review and validate supplier
milestone invoices against physical progress to ensure Finance only
pays for verified work/delivery. Lifecycle & After-Sales Support
Provide after-sales support to sites, ensuring warranty,
maintenance, and service obligations are fulfilled. Coordinate
spare parts, service contracts, and supplier accountability for
ongoing performance. Facilitate "Field-to-Procurement" feedback
loops to ensure lessons learned regarding equipment quality or
shipping methods are fed back into future RFPs. About the role: The
Procurement Operations & MEP Delivery Manager owns end-to-end
execution from purchase order issuance through equipment delivery,
installation readiness, and after-sales support. This role is
accountable for supplier performance, data integrity, and issue
resolution across multi-million-dollar MEP assets. You will
establish repeatable processes, enforce governance standards, and
act as the operational first line of defense against schedule,
cost, and quality risk. Success in this role requires strong
supplier engagement, disciplined execution, and the ability to
operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. Who
You Are: 7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or
operations supporting large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or
data center projects Demonstrated experience managing long-lead MEP
equipment (e.g., generators, switchgear, chillers, transformers
Proven ability to build and manage procurement metrics, dashboards,
and reporting systems Strong track record of supplier performance
management and risk mitigation Experience working
cross-functionally with sourcing, PMO, engineering, finance, and
construction teams Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement,
Business, Engineering, or Construction Management Preferred:
Experience supporting hyperscale or AI-focused data center
deployments Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement
workflows Experience operating in global or multi-region supply

for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be
determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
