OverviewAyco's Coaching division provides superior one-on-one financial planning and education to a wide variety of clients in areas such as retirement, investing, budgeting, insurance, income taxes, and estate planning completely over the phone via prescheduled appointments and/or inbound calls. We are currently seeking a candidate to provide support to the senior leadership team in the coaching business.

Visit Ayco.com/careers for more information about the firmResponsibilities--- Support the Ayco Coaching Management Team in the administration of daily tasks, department initiatives and assigned projects--- Create and maintain spreadsheets, records, and reports to help maintain, organize and track data as necessary--- Perform database maintenance, analysis and information tracking as needed--- Prepare meeting agendas and presentations--- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, follow-up on action items and facilitate execution of Coaching priorities--- Serve as key liaison on key business areas, such as Enterprise Relationship Management, Institutional Client Businesses, Operations--- Perform any and all additional duties as assigned by the management teamQualifications--- Bachelor's degree preferred--- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)--- Must have demonstrated the ability to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized and capable of working in a team environment --- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure--- Ability to prioritize assignments and maintain a complex workload with timeliness and accuracy with frequent interruptions
