Project Manager/Engineer

My client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to help support a critical role on overall coordination of select FEED, DEP, procurement, construction, and closeout efforts.

Duties
Overall coordination of select FEED, DEP, procurement, construction, and closeout efforts
Coordinate teams to design and execute capital improvement projects including new equipment installations and existing facilities refurbishment or replacement. Critical deliverables include budget, schedule, and scope attainment.
Plan and coordinate the required project resources including operations, maintenance, EHSS, EPM resources, etc.
Coordinate the development of all project documentation and process safety information including design basis, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, management of change, construction plans, etc.
Interface with EHS, maintenance, and operations personnel to ensure compliance with process requirements, equipment specifications, operating and maintenance procedures, etc.
Review and validate costs
Execute plans
Resource management
Work with engineering counterparts
Efficiently manage multiple projects at time with varying degrees of scope

Qualifications & Experience
Prefer 10-20 years of experience as PE or PM
Understanding of technical principles - PFDs, P&IDs, data sheets
Fundamentals in design
Electrical or controls BG with DCS, automation, instrumentation, and controls
Preferred Experience:
- Petrochemical experience, EHS, safety, design
- Wastewater
- Maintenance and reliability - asset at end of life
- Environmental or safety driven projects
- Strategic optimization
- Work with pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, etc
