We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Technical
Services division and have an immediate need for professional
onsite service technicians to delight our customers. Purpose:
Responsible for materials planning and product distribution in a
manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing, storage, movement,
supply and shipping of materials, products & spares within a
distribution center/depot. Optimizes Cost, Level Of Service (LOS),
and Inventory by analyzing company and customer needs.
Scope:
Supply Chain knowledge, preferred post sale (Supplies and Parts)
Requires knowledge and experience in business intelligence; still
acquiring higher level knowledge and skills Receives a moderate
level of guidance and direction Moderate decision-making authority
guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol
Meet with business leaders to determine and document reporting
requirements (LOB areas, system support teams, finance, and
workgroup) Determine best solution and data sources Data mine,
assemble, package, and deliver reporting at correct frequency
Ad-hoc reporting Support current automated reporting with knowledge
of dedicated workstations and scheduling Deliver consistent
accurate KPIs and measures in a timely manner to senior management
Build data and models to have consistent structure with global team
members to enable parallel insights between regions
Requirements:
Excellent communication/ network skills Experience with supply
chain operations Experience in BI, PBI, MS access, SSRS, SQL, VBA
or other programming languages Knowledge of large storage such as
Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Snowflake PC/Workstation setup knowledge
Ability to interpret business needs and translate into technical
requirements Literacy in MS applications including SharePoint
Ability to work logically under pressure and give self-help Must be
flexible with schedule for hot issues and job monitoring
