Sr. Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager needed for a busy developer to work on current and future multifamily projects throughout the Albany area. My client is proud of their employee focused culture and has been voted one of the top places to work in the area. They truly value employee health and wellness.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience on commercial, educational, medical or multifamily new construction.
Project experience of $10 million plus.
Familiar with local building codes

Compensation
- $100,000 to $125,000 (depending on experience )
- Vehicle allowance and gas card
- Excellent benefits package including healthcare, 401k, profit sharing and continued education.
