The House Manager (Residential Habilitation Manager - RHM) is responsible for assisting the individuals we support with day-to-day maintenance of his/her home and participation in community activities other than primary day activities (i.e. day treatment and supported work). The RHM supervises staff that provide the supports and skill training specified in the individualized residential habilitation plan.Requirements:

• Preferred 5 years experience with the developmentally disabled population or combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity within human services preferred.
