Demonstrates the organizations commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.Responsibilities: --- CVOR functions out of 4 operating rooms and handles an annual volume of about 700 cardiac surgery and over 1000 vascular surgery cases. With a multitude of staff inclusive of RNs, Surgical techs, CVTs, anesthesia techs, PCT and SA IIs, oversight of these staff is critical. The manager role for the CVOR handles a multitude of tasks a few of them being managing the daily case flow, ensuring rapid turnovers, successful recruitment and retention of staff, facilitating decrease burnout in a high-intense atmosphere.What you will need:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:--- BSN required.     Minimum Qualifications/Requirements of a FirstChoice Nurse:
