Job DescriptionEarn $55,000-70,000/annually + $2500 Bonus TWICE A YEAR After the first 6 Months, plus 3 weeks vacation, 10 calendar holidays (Includes 1 floating holiday), 24 hours personal time, and up to 80 sick days. Bring your experience, compassion, and energy to the team and make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families!Learn Evidence based Model in Functional Family Therapy!Cayuga Centers is looking for licensed clinicians / therapists / counselors who are passionate about strengths-based, youth-and family-centered work within the Home and Community Based Treatment and Supports team. Intake activities, assessment, and treatment within your role as a Licensed Therapist/Clinician are designed to initiate goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions to address challenges associated with behavioral health needs.Does this sound like it interests you? Schedule: Typically 9a-5p, but looking for an applicant who is willing to work with the youth/families at a time that suits the youth and family needs on a flexible schedule. If this opportunity speaks to you, we look forward to hearing from you!Experience and SkillsLicense/licensable degree, and/or Limited Permit in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling with experience in strength-based family and children's services.Experience working with children and families in a community-based or 'in-home' settingExcellent communication, organizational and collaboration skillsA strong belief in the capacity of people to grow and changePossess the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to appreciate and encourage diversity, and understand the concept of cultural trauma as it applies to individual and family functioningKnowledge and experience formulating clinical diagnoses and/or impressionsAbility to engage families who may have been unsuccessful in clinic settingsAbility to have flexibility in hours worked both routinely, so as to meet children and families when they are available, and occasionally, in response to crises which may occur at any hour of any dayJob BenefitsAs a full time benefits position, staff is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, FSA, supplemental life insurance, critical illness, enhanced short-term disability, and 401(k) benefits.We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment drug testing.
