Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p . Full Time Position . $25 - $35 per
hour depending on experience SUMMARY: Performs tasks and
responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health
teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and
restorative care under the direction of a registered nurse or
licensed health care provider. Required: . NY State Licensed
