Job Description:
Department/Unit: Hematology/Oncology - D4E Work Shift: Night The
Clinical Nurse II in the Hematology/Oncology unit assesses,
coordinates, plans, directs, implements, and manages the needs of
assigned patients throughout the care process, with a focus on
progress toward discharge and transitions within the acute care
stay. Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient
care, ensuring compassionate and competent service, and maintaining
patient confidentiality. Salary Range: $34.65 - $35.69 Thank you
