Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including dental cleanings, exams, and education
  
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
  
• Collaborate with doctors and other hygienists to ensure seamless patient care
  
• Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
    
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
    
  • CPR Certification
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • 1-2 years of clinical experience
      
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
      
    • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
