Occupational Therapist - SNF / LTC Job DescriptionCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team for a contract assignment in a SNF / LTC setting.Job Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assessment of patient needs, planning, and evaluation of care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
