Received from ED: 15% ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital Per Day:
15% ED Patients Transferred Per Day: minimal maybe 1-2 pt per day
maybe Total Number of Beds: 44 beds Number of ED Physicians in
Group: 2 docs always present on each shift// 11 physicians in group
currently Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation:
none Are Deliveries Received in ED or Sent Directly to Labor &
Delivery? L&D Is ED Responsible for Monitoring/Supervising
Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio? Yes Will APP be Working
Autonomously? Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment:
yes 24-Hour Availability for Radiology (CT, MRI, X-Ray)? Yes 24
