Job Description:
Shift: 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM Description: Provide direct nursing
care to children and youth, ensuring safe, appropriate, and
individualized patient care. Perform assessments and document
findings accurately in medical records. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
Requirements: Current license and registration as a Registered
Professional Nurse in New York State. Pediatric, adolescent, or
residential care experience preferred but not required. Strong
clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work
night shifts and alternating weekends as scheduled.
