hours - Employment Type: Travel Position: Travel RN – Med-Surg
Float Pool – Nights Location: Albany, NY Assignment Duration: 13
Weeks Start Date: 02/01/26 Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Weekends: Every other Holidays: Rotating Position Summary: The
Travel RN – Med-Surg Float Pool will provide competent nursing care
across multiple medical-surgical units in a large academic
hospital. This role requires flexibility to float between units,
strong clinical judgment, and proficiency in using Epic for
documentation and patient management. Qualifications: - Minimum 1
year of med-surg experience at a 600 bed academic hospital with
passing competency testing score OR - Minimum 2 years of med-surg
experience (no testing required) - Current RN license - Epic
experience required - BLS certification required Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients across
multiple med-surg units - Float between units according to staffing
needs - Utilize Epic for accurate documentation and patient
management - Work rotating weekends and holidays as required -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient
