Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Albany, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,594 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 11 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: Trauma Level One Experience Required Must-Have: Epic experience, competency with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients, high acuity patients, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and related competencies. Description: Epic experience is required. Navy blue scrubs are required. Local candidates from specified ineligible counties are not being accepted. Competency test is required within 24 hours of submission. Candidates should ensure an up-to-date email is provided. Competencies include efficiency with vents, arterial lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation, temporary pacemakers, and vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations. The position may involve floating to other units. Candidates should have experience with high acuity patients requiring intensive monitoring and management. This position is for a vacant role within the unit. Selection will involve multiple parties, details to be confirmed during the interview process. A review of clinicians with pending state licenses will be considered. This role requires a commitment to the outlined shift and responsibilities.
