Job Description Family Practice Physician Opportunity Outpatient
Only | Upstate New York (Adirondack Region) We are seeking a highly
motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine
Physician to join and help grow a well-established outpatient
primary care practice in Upstate New York , located in the
foothills of the Adirondack Mountains . This opportunity is ideal
for a physician interested in stepping into an established patient
panel as a long-tenured provider prepares for retirement. The
incoming physician will join a busy, well-supported practice with
strong leadership, excellent staff support, and a loyal patient
population. Two experienced Family Nurse Practitioners provide
additional clinical support, allowing for efficient workflows and
high-quality patient care. This community offers a high quality of
life with four-season outdoor recreation and a welcoming small-town
feel, while remaining within a reasonable driving distance to
Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, and Utica for cultural events, dining,
and airport access. The area is known for excellent schools and an
appreciative patient population. Position Highlights
Outpatient-only Family Medicine Established practice with strong
patient demand Approximately 120 patient visits per week , offering
significant RVU bonus potential Support from two experienced FNPs
Minimal call: after-hours phone coverage for the primary care group
only, approximately 2–3 days per month Compensation & Benefits Base
salary up to $358,000 (approximately 75% MGMA) $50,000
start/relocation bonus Quarterly RVU productivity bonuses for
performance above 75% MGMA Robust benefits package including:
