Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist Level III for a travel job in Albany, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab /n/n Job Details: /n • Perform diagnostic examinations under direction of Interventional Cardiologist during invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and peripheral vascular study procedures /n• Collect and record subjective data to establish correct anatomical and physiological diagnosis for each patient /n• Call commitment includes 1 week night and 1 weekend per month /n• Minimum Associate Degree or graduate of approved Cardiovascular Training Program or accredited Allied Health Program required /n• Certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required /n• At least 2 years experience in cardiovascular specialty required /n• Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications /n• Local candidates from certain ineligible counties not accepted as of 1/11/2024 /n/n Facility: /n This major medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional services.
