Lead with purpose as a CTI Mental Health Counselor ! Guide a team to deliver life-changing, evidence-based support during critical transitions. Provide therapeutic interventions, connect clients to community resources, and inspire recovery. Your expertise will shape brighter futures. What you’ll do: Coordinate Care Managers and Peer Specialists for person-centered care. Provide mental health and substance use interventions. Build partnerships with community agencies and respond to crises. Educate and empower clients with recovery tools. What you bring: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field. Experience with ID/DD, substance use, or mental health (preferred). Valid NYS Driver’s License; CTI & 9.58 certifications (within 12 & 6 months); LCSW/LMHC/LMSW preferred. Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
