Please refer to the list of ineligible counties. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM (no on-call responsibilities) Job Description The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, under the direction of the Medical Director and/or Section Head, works in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. The technologist performs technical procedures, assists in clinical evaluation, and ensures a safe, positive experience for patients. In addition to trauma and emergency scanning, this role includes performing MRI exams on outpatients, inpatients (both stable and those receiving intensive care), research patients, and patients requiring specialized MRI-guided procedures. Responsibilities - Perform MRI exams on diverse patient populations. - Utilize MRI technology to create diagnostic images. - Assist in the clinical evaluation and care of patients. - Support education and training for staff and continue learning as technology evolves.
