Job Description Program Director - LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or similar

Director of our Enhanced Step-Down Program (ESDP), you’ll lead with
passion, driving transformative care for those with co-occurring
mental health and developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do:
Spearhead the ESDP, overseeing the Specialty Critical Time
Intervention (CTI) Team and Transitional Residential Setting (TRS).
Foster community partnerships with hospitals, care organizations,
and state agencies like OMH and OPWDD. Inspire and guide a
dedicated team, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care.
Drive innovation through data-driven insights, training, and
quality assurance. Champion seamless transitions from inpatient
care to community living, empowering individuals toward recovery
and independence. What You Bring: Master’s Degree in social work,
psychology, counseling, or related field. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, or
similar licensure; CTI and 9.58 certifications (within 12 and 6
months, respectively). 5 years of supervisory experience and 7
years working with I/DD and/or mental health populations. Strong
leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a heart
for collaboration and excellence. Valid driver’s license and
