Competency with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular
surgery patients in the ICU - High-acuity patient management -
Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - Proficiency with: - Mechanical
ventilation - Arterial lines - Spinal drains - ECG interpretation &
continuous monitoring - Temporary pacemakers - Vasoactive &
inotropic drip titration - Trauma Level I experience required
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Travel CVICU RN for a
13-week night-shift assignment in Albany, NY. This high-acuity
cardiovascular ICU requires strong experience with postoperative
cardiac and vascular surgery patients, advanced hemodynamic
monitoring, complex drips, and ventilators. EPIC proficiency is
required. Rotating holidays and every-other-weekend coverage are
