Job Description Job Description Description: Manager on Duty, Inpatient Medical Facility Conifer Park is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee our operations at our Inpatient Rehabilitation facility in Glenville, NY. This role is pivotal to the success of our operation, ensuring workforce efficiency, care coordination, and the overall safety of all patients. The Manager on Duty is responsible for maintaining patient and census management by ensuring that patients of Conifer Park are receiving proper individualized care and treatment. They oversee Program Management by maintaining an effective therapeutic program for patients by ensuring interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings occur and that treatment plans are properly implemented by maintaining and communicating accurate list of current patients and their projected discharge dates. Schedule: Tuesdays - Saturdays 3:30pm - 12:00am Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required with a minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse. An Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required. Previous experience in management is preferred. A CASAC certification preferred, but not required. Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Ability to apply clinical understanding in all patient situations, Ability to apply an understanding of management in dealing with staff, and Knowledge and understanding of alcoholism and addiction.
