Health Saviours is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Psychiatry for a
local contract job in Williams street, New York. Job Description &

Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 48 weeks 40 hours per week Shift:
8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract We are seeking
one full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
to support homeless outreach and referral services across major
Port Authority facilities in NY. You’ll work closely with outreach
teams and law enforcement to assess, diagnose, and support homeless
individuals with mental health needs especially those resistant to
services. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Contract:
1 year with possible extension Floating Required: Yes (JFK Airport,
LaGuardia Airport, WTC Oculus) Conduct mental health assessments
for homeless individuals Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions
in an outpatient setting Assist in placing individuals into
appropriate care facilities Develop strategies to engage highly
resistant homeless populations Coordinate with: Outreach
Contractors, Port Authority Police Department (PAPD) Participate in
facility sweeps and document: Location, Type of incident, Time,
Outcome Submit weekly reports to the Port Authority Maintain
accurate documentation of all services provided. Please feel free
