Job Description:

elite E4 unit. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality
nursing care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal
candidate will possess a deep understanding of nursing processes
and demonstrate a patient-focused approach to effectively manage
complex patient situations. Provide comprehensive and
patient-centered nursing care in the E4 unit. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient
care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and
efficiently. Monitor patient progress and respond to any medical
emergencies promptly. Educate patients and families on disease
management and prevention. Maintain patient records with accuracy
and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in
continuous educational activities to improve skills and knowledge.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage multiple patients
Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records Capability to
make swift decisions in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid registered
nurse (RN) license in the state Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification desirable
