Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient health and progress with the ability to recognize changes in condition and respond appropriately. Participate in developing and updating patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members. Administer medications accurately, observing patient response, as evidenced by documentation in medical records and lack of medication errors. Mentor and guide junior nurses, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
