our D7 General Pediatrics department. This position demands a
compassionate and skilled nurse to provide exceptional care for
pediatric patients while collaborating with a team of healthcare

requires excellent nursing skills but also a commitment to learning
and participating in educational activities to stay abreast of the
latest in pediatric healthcare. Administer direct care to pediatric
patients, including medications and treatments in accordance with
nursing standards Monitor, record, and communicate patient
condition as appropriate, ensuring accurate documentation of all
relevant interventions Participate in interdisciplinary team
meetings to discuss patient treatment plans Educate patients and
families on post-hospital care, promoting wellness and preventive
healthcare Maintain compliance with all hospital policies,
procedures, and safety protocols Engage in ongoing professional
development to remain current on pediatric care practices and
standards Proficient in pediatric nursing care Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a
high-stress environment Skilled in the use of medical software and
patient care technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferable
