Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for a permanent outpatient practice. This role provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will enjoy a structured workweek, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to participate in telemedicine and light on-call duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care to patients across all age groups Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-ups Collaborate with a physician-led care team and allied health professionals Participate in telemedicine coverage on designated weekends Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Engage in teaching opportunities for medical and NP/PA students Optional involvement in hospital medicine or administrative leadership Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active or eligible for a medical license in New York ACLS and DEA certification required by start date Strong interest in primary care for patients of all ages Commitment to full-time schedule (4–5 day work week) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) Benefits Competitive base salary of $250,000–$260,000, with productivity incentives Starting bonus up to $75,000 and retention bonus of $25,000 at year 2 Flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks with 34 hours of direct patient care Low-frequency on-call with RN triage support Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care Life insurance and short-/long-term disability coverage Retirement program PTO including vacation and sick time CME allowance and professional development support Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
