Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Utica, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,416 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – New York Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Utica, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour variable shifts (days and nights) Highlights: Level II/III NICU with 13 to 8 dedicated beds in private rooms, plus open bay overflow capacity Nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity Epic EMR system in use Flexible shift assignments with day and night availability Opportunity to support other units including Mother/Baby and Pediatrics as needed Travel assignment available for candidates located 75 miles from the facility Requirements: Active New York RN license or compact state license with eligibility 3 years of NICU experience required (Level II or III mandatory) BLS and NRP certification required at time of application PALS and STABLE certification required prior to start date (willingness to obtain acceptable) Epic EMR experience required Willingness to float to Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, or adult units as assigned Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to work in a well-equipped NICU environment with private patient rooms and manageable ratios that support quality care.
