Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a
13-week contract in Utica, New York — earn up to ($2309 - $2431 per
week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to
neonatal patients in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients'
conditions and report changes promptly. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to develop and implement care plans. Participate in ongoing
professional development and training opportunities. Evaluate and
improve nursing practices based on performance metrics. Educate
families on neonatal care and health management. Adhere to safety
protocols and infection control measures. Communicate effectively
with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Engage in
quality improvement initiatives within the NICU. Assist in the
orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in New York with NICU
experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development and
training. Strong knowledge of neonatal care protocols and best
practices. Strong communication skills with families and healthcare
professionals. Adherence to safety protocols and infection control
measures. Ability to assess and respond to patient condition
changes swiftly. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records
and documentation. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams. Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives
in healthcare settings. Willingness to mentor and train new nursing
