Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, outpatient
practice in Stillwater, NY — offering strong support, flexible

Highlights: - Full-scope family medicine – from pediatrics to
geriatrics - Manage chronic conditions, acute care, wellness visits
& screenings - Partner with an experienced APP and RN triage for
after-hours calls - Light call rotation with excellent work-life
balance - Option to teach medical students & NP/PA students -
Hybrid roles and leadership opportunities available -
Hospital-affiliated system with physician-led governance
Compensation & Perks: - $250K–$260K base salary (DOE) - $75,000
sign-on bonus – paid in full with first paycheck - $25,000
retention bonus at start of Year 2 - Productivity incentives
available Day 1 - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible -

& Schedule: - Start upon credentialing (rolling basis) - Full-time,

Requirements: - Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics - Active NY license (or willing to
obtain) - Minimum 1 year of primary care experience - Clean
malpractice & licensing history (required) - BLS/ACLS, DEA required
