Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview Excellent full-time opportunity for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established practice with strong patient demand. This position includes responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings (50/50 split – hospital and clinic). Practice Details Established practice serving the community for 30 years Strong system support and physician-friendly environment State-of-the-art cardiovascular technology Team of 7 board-certified cardiologists 5 Advanced Practice Providers Certified technologists (vascular, echocardiography, nuclear stress) Cardiac rehabilitation clinic with exercise physiologists Schedule & Call 50% Hospital / 50% Clinic 1 weeknight call per week (primarily phone call, rarely called in) Weekend call rotation 1:5 Weekend rounding in hospital Night call by phone In-house night Cardiologist coverage Supported by APPs Clinical Scope Non-Invasive Cardiology cases Modern cardiology procedures including: Ultrasonography Pacemaker insertion Peripheral interventions Venous laser ablations Nuclear cardiology Compensation & Benefits Year 1: $600,000 Base Salary Guarantee Year 2: Eligible for Pool Model (RVU Quality Incentives) Additional Compensation: $75,000 Starting Bonus $25,000 Retention Bonus (2nd Anniversary) $25,000 Relocation Assistance Fellowship Stipend: Up to $100,000 per year (early sign-on) Benefits Include: Health, Dental, Vision (Day 1) Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage $4,500 CME Allowance 32 Days Vacation CME 403(b) with Employer Match Requirements Requirements Board Certified in Internal Medicine – Required Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Cardiology – Required Fellowship-Trained in Cardiology – Required NY License (or willing to obtain) – Required NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) – Required Open to H-1B (No J-1 Waivers) Not accepting Locums candidates Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted
