Job Description A well-established, regionally dominant cancer
program in Western, MA is seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to
join its multidisciplinary oncology team. This is an opportunity to
practice advanced radiation oncology within the largest oncology
program in the region, supported by a robust referral network and
modern technology in a community that offers exceptional quality of
life. This community offers four-season recreation and easy access
to both Boston and New York City. 2-Year Guaranteed Base Salary:
$573,000. Up to ~$702K at 12,000 wRVUs. Performance Incentive: Up
to $17,500 annually. Production Compensation: $57.07 per wRVU. 7
Weeks Paid Time Off (280 hours). Teaching opportunities within an
academic-affiliated system. Modern treatment planning platforms
(Eclipse & Aria). Multidisciplinary cancer conferences. Hospital
Employee . Loan Forgiveness available. Residency/Fellowship Stipend
available. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $4,500
available. 403B.
